Due dates

The main due dates for a business like yours.

Alignmoney lists the main GST, TDS, advance-tax and ROC dates for a business like yours, based on the details you give us. None has been checked by a chartered accountant yet, so every date is marked 'Unconfirmed date' and due-date alerts are off. Confirm each date with your CA. We prepare. You or your CA file.

What the calendar covers

These are statutory default dates, worked out from your PAN, GSTIN, entity type, state, GST filing frequency and whether you pay salaries.

Each item shows:

  • what it is, in one sentence;
  • why it applies to you (for example, "because you file GST monthly, not under QRMP");
  • "Awaiting CA verification" until a chartered accountant has checked it. Treat those dates as unconfirmed, and check with your CA.

What the calendar doesn't do

  • It works from the details you give us. If your details change, update them in Settings → Company and the calendar recalculates.
  • It doesn't file anything. We prepare. You or your CA file on the government portal. We never ask for your portal passwords or your DSC.
  • It doesn't show late-fee amounts until a chartered accountant has verified them.
  • It isn't advice. Check with your CA before you rely on a date.

The calendar notice

These are the statutory default due dates for a business with the details you gave us. None has been checked by a chartered accountant yet: every date is marked "Unconfirmed date", and due-date alerts are off until it has been checked. Governments can extend or change dates by notification, so a date shown here can be out of date. The calendar covers the main GST, TDS, advance-tax and ROC dates. It may not include every obligation that applies to you, such as state levies, PF/ESI or one-off filings. Confirm with your CA before you rely on a date.
